J&C Joel supplies, manufactures, and installs a range of products in the entertainment and events industry. The core of its business is flame-retardant fabrics and manufacturing high-end technical and decorative drapery. Over the last 15 years, J&C Joel has hugely grown and developed its stage engineering solutions through its Projects department, which installs a wide range of systems, ranging from basic curtain tracks and drapery, through to high-performance motorised rigging and stage engineering, with sophisticated automation controls.

The Accounts Assistant will be an integral part of the finance team and will be predominantly responsible for providing day-to-day assistance to the Finance transactional team ensuring the accurate and efficient maintenance of accounting records.
The role will be varied and will give the Accounts Assistant the opportunity to gain experience in areas such as project accounting, management accounting, accounts payable, credit control and cash book maintenance whilst gaining a relevant accounting qualification. This would ideally suit somebody who would like to enroll or is currently enrolled on AAT Certificate in Accounting.
The Accounts Assistant will gain a study support package and training contract. J&C Joel has a proven track record in retaining apprentices and providing scope for progression. As a result, whilst the Accounts Assistant gains experience and completes relevant qualifications, there will be scope to progress and take on broader accounting duties.
