J&C Joel attend PLASA Focus, Leeds 2019.

J&C Joel attended yet another fantastic tradeshow, as they exhibited at PLASA Focus, Leeds.

PLASA Focus ran for two days from the 14th to 15th of May 2019 at the Royal Armouries in Leeds. The tradeshow is always a great opportunity to meet loyal customers, clients and associates, along with a number of new faces in the industry.

Showcased on J&C Joel’s stand this year was their ‘Event and Display’ fabrics including:

This array of fabrics is perfect to add a touch of glamour to displays, exhibitions and theatrical shows.

For example, Glitter Cloth is a durable, cotton-backed glitter fabric, ideal for adding a luxurious, glamorous appearance to drapes and is now available in 20 colours.

In addition, J&C Joel’s Molton range is now available in 5 types including Molton, Acoustic Molton, IFR Molton CS, Stage Molton; and Event Molton. This fabric has a range of five colours, specifically chroma key blue and green, which are commonly used in the TV industry as “greenscreens” for digital effects.

Also displayed on the stand was Joelmat, highlighting J&C Joel’s flooring capabilities. Joelmat is the most versatile dance and event flooring there is, it comes in a variety of 10 colours, has the ability to be digitally printed onto and is perfect for anywhere a colourful floor is needed. With a DFR fire rating and British fire certification, this product is the ideal flooring choice for events across Britain.

Finally, Joelmat Mirror was showcased on the stand. This product is very similar to Joelmat, but instead has a reflective silver laminated top layer with a vinyl backing, to ensure it has a striking appearance whilst maintaining its hard-wearing properties.

The event was followed by a 40th-anniversary celebration at the Cuckoo bar in Leeds, where we hosted drinks for our suppliers and customers to mark this specialist anniversary for our business”.
