Challenges & Successes
The performance needed to illuminate the Homeric epic with poetic speech and exciting action. The show needed to bring the audience into the long sail of Odysseus and his suffering in the sea when Poseidon breaks up his raft. The scene required sail-like shapes that the producer could project onto. J&C Joel provided its white Joelastic fabric, which ensured a seamless sail shape over a metal platform and a great projection outcome.
