Challenges & Successes
The job involved obtaining HKBD approval for a performance product, which required navigating through the necessary procedures and ensuring compliance. Additionally, the project faced significant setbacks caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to severe delays in the supply chain and shipping. Despite these obstacles, another challenge arose in coordinating the installation timetable in conjunction with other trades involved in the project. However, through diligent effort and effective communication, the team overcame these challenges and successfully completed the project.
