These tools support our recruitment process, but final hiring decisions are made by
people. We do not use AI to make solely automated decisions that have legal or
similarly significant effects on you.

recruitment process ends, unless you consent to longer retention for future
opportunities.

If you are successful, your data will be retained as part of your employee record.

8.0 Your rights

You have rights under UK data protection law, including the right to request access,
correction, deletion, restriction, or to object to processing in certain circumstances.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
