Seven Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, is a pioneering multifunctional entertainment destination that delivers immersive experiences and unforgettable moments. The venue needed a flexible solution that could enhance its visual environment while supporting the acoustic performance required for live events, productions, and visitor experiences.
J&C Joel supplied and installed perimeter masking drapes throughout the multifunctional space. Made from J&C Joel’s renowned Wool Serge fabric, the drapes met both aesthetic and technical requirements.
The drapes provide a clean, adaptable visual backdrop and play a key role in improving the venue’s acoustics. Drawing on decades of expertise in performance environments and acoustic treatments, J&C Joel developed a solution that helps control sound reflections, reduce reverberation, and improve audio clarity. This acoustic performance allows the venue to host a diverse programme of events while delivering an exceptional audience experience.
The project demonstrates J&C Joel’s continued investment in acoustic technology and its ability to integrate specialist fabric solutions into complex entertainment environments. By combining high-performance materials with a detailed understanding of venue acoustics, J&C Joel helped create a space that is both visually striking and acoustically optimised.
Working with Mighty Steel Work, J&C Joel also supplied and installed 140 rigging strong points across the venue. Each point supports loads of up to 150kg, providing the flexibility needed for lighting, drapery, scenic elements, and other rigging requirements. This infrastructure allows the venue to adapt quickly to different event formats and immersive experiences, supporting the versatility at the heart of the Seven Tabuk concept.
The team completed the project in May 2026 and received significant praise from the client and project stakeholders. The combination of technical expertise, high-quality installation, and effective acoustic and visual solutions strengthened J&C Joel’s relationship with the Seven Group. It has also led to further confirmed project opportunities across the region.
